PLEASE READ: Some treatments will require pharmaceutical products that must be prescribed for you. All prescriptions must contain Your Name, DOB and Address and be preceded by a face to face consultation, as per the UK law. We will prescribe all the products and/or other items needed to avoid unnecessary delay in treatment.

When booking please use the Notes* field to let us know what treatment/s are you interested in.
You will receive an email with the details of your booking, followed by a call (please provide a phone number) just to confirm it. When confirmed, the invoice and a payment request will be sent to you.
The Consultation Fee is redeemable against treatment; this will be simply considered a deposit for the procedure therefore the consultation becomes FREE. The booking slot will be kept on hold for a maximum of 12 hours awaiting payment. If not actioned, the booking will be canceled and the slot made available for further bookings.
* If you do not attend the consultation/treatment as booked or if you request the consultation only, the fee will be considered a stand-alone Consultation Fee, non-refundable. All treatments are subject to an initial Consultation before deciding the necessary treatment, the appropriate procedure and products to be used.

Your data will be kept safe and handled securely, ethically, and legally as per: UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and Human Rights Act 1998.

For your convenience, if you choose so, most of the treatments can be actually performed at home, in your own environment if that would be more comfortable for you. That means the procedure/s can be performed at a time that suits you, in your own home. All procedures, in-clinic or at home, are performed at the same high clinical level using the same aseptic technics and infection control that includes strict hygiene, sterile equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and applying Aseptic Non-Touch Techniques.
