- Governing Laws and Arbitration
The jurisdiction for this Agreement is the appropriate courts of the territory where JoliMoon.co.uk is registered place of business is located. Any disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with, this Terms of Service or your purchase through the Website shall be settled through amicable consultation between the Parties. In the event that a settlement cannot be reached through consultation, the disputes shall be submitted to a single arbitrator appointed solely by JoliMoon.co.uk according to the current laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration procedures of the Arbitration Association of appropriate jurisdiction. The award rendered by the single arbitrator shall be final and legally binding on both parties hereto. The prevailing party shall be entitled to the payment of the arbitration fees.

Clear Commitment to Your Complete Satisfaction
This section explains the Booking process and our commitment to resolving issues quickly to ensure you feel confident and valued.
General Terms
The Consultation Fee is redeemable against treatment; this will be simply considered a deposit for the procedure therefore the consultation becomes * FREE. The booking slot will be kept on hold for a maximum of 24 hours awaiting payment. If not actioned, the booking will be canceled and the slot made available for further bookings.
* If you do not attend the consultation/treatment as booked or if you request the Consultation only, the fee will be considered a stand-alone Consultation Fee, non-refundable. All treatments are subject to an initial Consultation before deciding the necessary treatment, the appropriate procedure and products to be used.
- A minimum deposit (see Consultation Fees) is required for all appointments and this can be paid by card, bank transfer, via a deposit link sent by text/email or in person. Appointments cannot be held without the payment of the deposit.
- JoliMoon Clinical Aesthetics will endeavor to send confirmations for booked appointments by text, phone calls and/or email. This may not always be possible, for example if the email address or the phone number is incorrectly recorded, so please provide the correct contact details.
- Deposits are non-refundable but redeemable against treatment cost if said treatment is had within a set period of time, mutually agreed but no longer than 14 days. If you choose not to have a treatment, the deposit will be redeemable as the cost of your consultation.
- The deposit will be refunded only if you are deemed clinically unsuitable for your intended treatment. The clinician have sole discretion in making this decision and will inform you of such during your appointment.
- If you reschedule your appointment, you may lose your original deposit and a new deposit might be required to make another appointment. All circumstances will be taken into account on the decision.
- After you attend your treatment appointment, if wish to make a future booking, a new deposit payment will be required to secure your next appointment. Any recall appointment or future appointment will not be confirmed without a deposit at the time of booking.
- All payments must be made in full at the clinic on the day of treatment.
- Our clinicians reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client for any reason.
- All clients must be 18 years or older.
- All clients will be asked to complete a signed consent form detailing all the risks involved in the treatment before any treatment can be performed. By signing the consent form, you agree that you have read and understood the risks involved and that the clinic will not be liable for any complications or dissatisfaction you might have from the treatment.
- Our staff may communicate with you via phone, email, text or social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) for bookings or to provide continuity of care where applicable. If you do not wish to be contacted then please indicate this in writing using the Contact details provided on the Contact Page.
- Pictures of you will be taken pre and post treatment for your clinical record. These images are securely kept and for record keeping purposes. If you refuse to have pictures taken before and after you might be refused treatment. These pictures might be published on our social media channels, used for marketing or for educational purposes only if you consent. You can decline this if you wish, telling us that you do not agree. You can also partially agree or agree only if you can not be recognised in the pictures. A consent form will be given to you in clinic, which will detail the agreement. In all cases your statutory rights are not affected.
- We may be required to share your personal and medical information with other experts (such as our insurance company, legal team or authorities) only where legally necessary.
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments unless in special circumstances and the clinician will solely take the decision to refund or not.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your treatment you may be asked to attend a review appointment to discuss this with one of our clinicians in person. Further treatments, including corrective treatments are not obligatory and may be charged. We have a no refund policy except in extraordinary circumstances.
Complaints Policy
The purpose of the complaints policy is to ensure that any problem, concern or grievance you have about our services or products is properly dealt with. Should you have any complaint which you are unable to resolve on an informal basis, you should raise it in the first instance with JOLIMOON LTD. The complaint must be in writing and should be sent to us using any of the Contact details provided on the Contact Page. The Director or any other person authorised by the Director will investigate and respond to the complaint, in writing, within 28 days from the date on which the complaint is received. Any complaint received during non-business hours will be deemed to be received on the next working day.
